At SFO airport. First time to fly out the country from this - TopicsExpress

At SFO airport. First time to fly out the country from this airport. Not bad. It was a very successful and joyable afternoon. My cousin Salina Cook picked me up at the Vagabond Inn after 12 noon, and we drove 5 mins to the new Tongan Consulate @ Burlingame. It was really good to see the Consular Sela Tukia and finally meet face to face with Lisa Kupu. We talked and laugh about many things and the old times. It was a happy reunion as I worked closely with Sela back in Tonga back then. I completed my mission and hopefully my brothers new passport will be ready in time when I return in 4 weeks. We then walked over 10 mins to Max restaurant and continue our conversation whilst enjoying light lunch. My cousin Vaiula Kula Taufahema also turned up at the restaurant to say hi. First time to meet her. Pity she could not come inside to join us. We briefly chat and saying our good byes too. Our three musketeers conversation continued on until 4 PM. As much as we wanted to continue, we also said our good byes after walking back to the office. Salina then drove me over to the airport. Its very hard to meet friends in a short time. But the journey has to move on to the next destination. I thank you whole heartedly Consular Sela Tukia, Lisa Kupu, Lady Takukipulotu Topui, Andrew Aini-Faiva Fotu, Andriana Fononga, Vaiula Kula Taufahema and of course the most beautiful driver/chauffeur Salina Cook for going extra miles to welcome me to the Bay and to look after me whilst I am here. I cannot find the words enough to thank you all. I wish you all good health, happy weekend and good times until we meet again. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
