At St. Dorothys Catholic Church mass honoring second anniversary of my mothers passing Olga,with entire family and friends. My sister in laws A genius, I told my sister in law before my mothers passing that our entire large family would never get together again after my mothers passing, and sister in law knew that. So my sister in law came up with an annual gathering on the anniversary of her passing to get everybody together at least once a year. My mother was the matriarch of our family and hers. There was some new light about her passing that my older brothers, sister and sister in laws were keeping from me and my nieces and nephews. My nieces and I filled in the dots and confronted my sister in law with it. My mothers dialysis was fading fast, the doctor said they could amputate her legs to buy her more time , a few more weeks maby. But my mom is a very proud, woman, I knew she wanted to go out on top if she could and was ashamed to be taken care of, she took care of my family and nieces and nephews when she was healthy, and I could tell that she was ashamed to be taken care and wanted to go out on top, if she could. So my mother was taking her house to pass away in her bed. But my older brothers and sisters kept my mothers final decision from my nieces, nephews and I that she made the final decision. For a year we just thought that there was no more they could do. I later found out that every time she was rushed to the the hospital thinking it might be the end, she told my brothers and sisters not to tell my nephews nieces and I ,so we could keep enjoying every hour of our lives. So now were going to come together once a year to celebrate her life.
