At a recent stop at the furniture store we saw a man lifting a heavy, heavy box with his legs straight, hinging at the waist and shoulders rounded forward. Yikes! Both of my daughters gasped and said ooh mommy hes using bad form hes going to hurt his back! such a proud Fit Mom I am. 😃😃😃 >>> TIPS: Weak back? ❤️Do exercises seated when possible. ❤️Ramp up the ab exercises to strengthen and support the back. ❤️No lifting heavy weights over your head. ❤️Always, always bend your knees and keep your back straight, shoulders retracted when you lift heavy objects - do not round your shoulders. 💪
