At car dealer awaiting an oil change in the waiting room. A man in a nearby office is speaking quite loudly with an upset customer via phone. Ends phone call and discusses the customer and their complaint loudly for all to hear. Everytime an employee walks by he continues to vent about the upset customer. He has an office door and probably should use it. I am sure they do not want me sharing this in my service survey. Not cool or business savvy.
