At exactly 3:02pm of yesterday, 4/28/2014, the first patient of the Walk Again project began his inaugural walk wearing BRA-Santos Dumont 1, the exoskeleton built by the Walk Again consortium. It were 18 steps and 3 historical kicks. Until 5:30pm, two other patients had had similar walks and kicks. Three Brazilian pioneers who thrilled us all with their courage and determination. Soon, we will have more updates, as the work continues and further stages will be completed over the next hours. Everything on schedule.
