At first glance, youd think these kids are like the ordinary ones -- those who do not seem to have any care in the world, but only play and laugh and sing and have fun. But even the smiles painted on these little angels faces carry deep sadness that even you and I would never understand. Unlike most of us who are raised under one roof with a mama and a papa (and siblings, for some), these kids only have the sisters who run the orphanage, and the people who occasionally visit and spend time with them. Being with them made me feel complete and see a clearer purpose in life. They made me realize how I could make others feel special, too. These hopeful angels who seek for love and comfort...and other things that their parents could have given to them, will always have a place in my hearts and my prayers...
