At least he understands the concept of splitting the vote and how counterproductive that is. It makes people feel good to say they are voting for who they really want, but to vote for a little known person, no matter how wonderful a candidate that person may be, just makes that vote not count for much of anything. People get angry and say Every vote counts but the left has figured out how to put one person in the races and get everyone to line up behind that person to get them elected. Even if that may not be everyones favorite candidate, they all join forces to get their person in power. Until conservatives learn that lesson and everyone realizes that having several different conservative candidates ranging from republicans, independents, to libertarians splitting conservative votes against the one main democrat does not mathematically compute to a win well continue to lose and watch the agenda theyve put in place proceed. Ive already started to see it beginning for the 2016 pres. race. Democrats have Hillary and they are all pretty much agreed on her. Ive heard my dad talk about his high school homecoming elections quite a few times over the years. Of course we are of Hispanic background. He went to a predominantly white school in south Texas. Every year when it came time to elect a homecoming queen the Hispanic minority would choose a girl to run. The rest of the student body would vote for their friends, girlfriends, etc...whoever they wanted. Every year that white high school had a Hispanic homecoming queen. Why couldnt they figure it out, I wonder? They just couldnt give up that feel-good desire they had to each vote for their very most favorite instead of wising up and getting a winning strategy.
