At one public occasion, His Holiness Dalai Lama directly as well as surprisedly pointed out some Buddhist extremists in Myarmar had heavily hurt the Muslim ethnics by violence. But the argument draining the drops of public concerns there are Buddhist extremists or not? As we all know the Buddhism not only rejects any violence but also give up any extremist philosophies and practices. Whether textual or practical teachings, there is no space spared by Buddhism to grow any extremism. So the termology Buddhist extremists are totally wrong to define any ones or things under Buddhist tiles. Personally I have no any intentions to investigate the Islamist doctrines on extremism, but what some of Islamics had done and are doing are really too difficult to be described by any other terms except the term extremists. Surely any ones who applying the violent or extremist deeds in Buddhist name are not accepted by the Buddhists. At the moment he or she engaged in the violent or extremist deeds, they immediately lost the status of being a Buddhist. So the Buddhist extremist of Myarmar in His holiness Dalai lamas words were actually not Buddhists anymore if they were really involved any violence to the ethnical Muslim even at the moment when the violent thought just arose in their mind, their Buddhist status were expelled due to the precepts. To be honest, I respect His Holiness Dalai Lama as the spiritual teacher, rather than his involvements with so many sensible as well as controversial events. Stop call anyone as Buddhist Extremist!
