At our complex we use agility equipment to perform these type of drills but this little demo is for our at home fans. You can utilize these drills for a warm up, to build your cardio base and or utilize them for high intensity training. By performing these drills one can work on body control, footwork, change of direction, acceleration and awareness. I performed these drills with a leather belt but a rope or any home item that creates a line will work. Perform each drill for 10-15 sec to get started. As you get better increase the time. Enjoy!
