At room temperature (Or roughly 37 degrees Celsius) liquid fats like olive oil, avocado, fish oil, coconut oil e.t.c. are actually good for you and do positive things like increase your metabolism and boost your immune system and skin health but solid fats like margarine, lard, butter, and baking grease are bad for you because they tend to clog up your arteries and add weight in all the wrong places as well as have a negative effect on hormone levels.
