At some point I told myself: I will not get emotional, at least not in posts on Facebook about Israel and Autism. I will not turn my timeline into a banner of kaleidoscopic links and mottoes all different but the same. Im not some political figure, someone well known whose words matter. At best I could only hurt Israels tourism a bit (an attempt at humor) because the people wholl read my posts, well, they already care, and the ones that dont - well, the truth of the matter is, they never will. And those that take a stance against Israels aggression and occupation... well nothing could break through their sculls, unfortunately, and certainly not me... And Im not talking about dummies that just feel a dire need to jump onto some band wagon, not really knowing what they are squealing about, but the ones who manipulate them, smart men and hard-core anti-Semites and anti-Israelites, like...Chomsky. And dont even get me started on the paradoxically self-hating Jews, always supporting Arab terrorists aiming at our nurseries. (I mean, they are filled with Jewish kids after all, so why should that matter to anyone?!!!) Same with Autism. It is painful but it is nobodys pain but mine. If I ever have the strength to do what many other parents did and help others in this fight, then yes, I see the point of publicity. Otherwise... I dont know where Im going with this post, by the way, so bear with me. (if there IS anyone out there.) It is probably the first an the last. I tried very hard to stay true to that decision and even succeeded. Who needs my posts? People in US? If they truly cared about what goes on there, I wouldnt have to try and fail every time at building a shield against media lies and political brovadoes focused on discrimination, occupation, aggression, apartheid, you name it, in Israel against the poor unfortunate terrorists. Those in Israel? Im pretty sure if they even take a look at these posts, they think to themselves, oh theres another one, signing songs of support, just because shes feeling guilty about deserting the country. So what changed? Nothing really... Id love to say that I decided that even if two people read my posts it could make a small difference, or something even more graceful like evil is only possible when people stay indifferent. No. I was very far from pragmatics, and just let my raw emotions get the better of me.
