At some point it occurred to me that at no point should it ever be acceptable that we are willing to fight over material things like a tv on sale or whatever. Black Friday FIGHTS & RIOTS shouldnt be a playlist i ever scroll past. When did we get so hell bent on having the biggest shinniest version of everything that we let our fundamental values just get thrown out of the window? In this great nation of ours Ive had some of the most beautiful experiences and some of the most disgusting experiences i could never imagine. I urge you to really examine yourself and what you consider acceptable. I come from a Traditional Christian background where one of the most common phrases used and abused is to treat others how youd like to be treated. Now as much as id like to say i fulfill that request i do not and im not hurt to admit. We all have flaws and make mistakes, and i try a little harder everyday to fulfill my purpose because i value the knowledge and upbringing that was so gracefully taught to me when i was younger. The world is in a perilous state and im sure you know that but today i seriously just want everyone to love on someone however you can. Whether its your mom or dad, brother or sister, best friend or enemy. The only way to stop a social acceptance of hate and disrespect is to respect and Love even when you think you cant. And when you think you cant God is there to show you you can. Ill do my best and you do yours. Try it. See what happens.
