At the February 13, 2014 Board meeting, the Board of Education for Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 approved the hiring of Ms. Lisa Gregoire as the new principal for Isaac Fox Elementary School. She will be replacing Ms. Jill Brooks who has served the Isaac Fox community as principal for the past 10 years. Ms. Brooks will be retiring at the end of the current school year. Ms. Gregoire is currently serving as Assistant Principal at North Elementary School in Crystal Lake District 47. Prior to that, Ms. Gregoire served as an assistant principal in Houston, Texas and taught 4th grade math, science, and language arts in Houston, Dallas, and Garland, Texas. Ms. Gregoire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Ms. Gregoire is a District 95 community resident. We had a strong pool of candidates with solid backgrounds in curriculum and instruction. Ms. Gregoire has that knowledge as well as the administrative experience to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to continue the tradition of academic excellence at Isaac Fox, states Superintendent Mike Egan.
