At the Khazanah Global Lectures last night, Boris Johnson praised - TopicsExpress

At the Khazanah Global Lectures last night, Boris Johnson praised our investors for their ability to stand shoulder to shoulder and be part of the main investors in the city of London. This is a testament to the quality of Malaysias economy as the fastest growing country in Southeast Asia for the first nine months of 2014. Apart from that, he also shared his experiences in governing the city of London with its amalgamation of ethnicity and culture. In that sense, Kuala Lumpur and London have more in common than what meets the eye. The diverse ethnic composition of people from different religions and cultures that could be found in London, is what Kuala Lumpur - and indeed the whole of Malaysia - is proudly known for. Less common in London, however, are rickshaws, and as a keen cyclist, Boris Johnson certainly looked happy to receive one as a parting gift for his official visit to Malaysia.
