At the end of 2012 I said to the Universe that my ideal would be to work part-time, and to do my healing practice part-time. I also said that if Inner Gold hadnt taken off at the end of two years I would shut up shop. I was given both - within a few weeks I was offered the job of dementia educator, and Inner Gold has been holding its own with both new and regular clients. Now those two years are up, and after my year of changes last year, I was led to resign from my part-time job and to put my energies into my healing practice. One of the symbols of this new year is, for me, an old desk - I had seen it in St Vinnies in North Ryde for a few weeks, and it kept beckoning to me. Finally, between Xmas and New Year, I bought it - it had been waiting for me! In the last week I have been cleaning it, there were years of grime and grease to be removed, and today I was able to oil it with teak oil. It looks completely different from when we brought it home.
