At the end of our The Bending Barbell seminar on Strength, - TopicsExpress

At the end of our The Bending Barbell seminar on Strength, mobility and programing for weight training, which we presented to a group of personal trainers from Pro-Fit Personal Training, Manchester, we asked participants to fill out a short questionnaire with 5 questions, to help us improve future talks. We had fifteen people attend and fourteen filled in feedback forms as one person had to leave at the afternoon break. Here are ALL their unedited (except some spelling) responses to the question: How would you describe todays talk, to someone inquiring about what you just did? • Awesome seminar on how to coach and use squats and deadlifts more safely and effectively • Really interesting, some valid points/tips that we overlook too much • Informative information on cues for clients (coaching points) • Good if you want to improve your lifts, especially squats • Excellent, useful, practical tips that are easy to apply, knowledgeable and confident • Just definitely go • Interesting and knowledge filled • Very informative/easy to understand and results/wow moments on the day • Awesome, a must to improve your lifting • Interesting and engaging • Useful and applicable to people of all needs and disciplines, not just specifically strength training • Great!! Can relate to a lot of clients • Good, useful • Very simple, practical tips for improving dead-lift, squat and programming If you want to get John Clark and Myself (Rich Sennewald - Body Type Nutrition Coach and Strength Athlete) into your gym for a Bending Barbell seminar, get in touch asap for more details.
