At the heart of the Leagues MLD program is the strong desire to build our membership base and a more systematic leadership ladder; one that ensures the League will be strong enough to carry out our democracy building and protecting work for years to come. From a practical stand point we need to be asking ourselves ‘What’s the smallest change that we can make to have the biggest impact?’ By asking questions that address capacity building in a strategic way, Leagues can make the changes that they want, have the highest payoff possible.
