At the point my identity is established in the biometric voters - TopicsExpress

At the point my identity is established in the biometric voters register, my Constitutional Right to vote is then Guaranteed. Any other process from that END should rather facilitate my right to vote but not disenfranchise me ... Article 42 of the 1992 Constitution. ----- Example : I registered with fingerprints during the biometric registration. I had an accident and by hands were cut off. Is 7th December and am going to vote. My identity has been established in the register. I move to the next stage and my Voter ID has been scanned and the Biometric Machine is asking me to verify with my fingerprint. Does it mean that I should be disenfranchise because No Verification No Vote?
