At the turn of the new millennium, Hindi films saw the dream debut of Hrithik Roshan who revamped the image of Bollywood Hero entirely. Today all actors in B-town aspire to be like him in some way. Hrithik Roshan had joined films with sensational ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’ in the year 2000 to become today’s idol of the nations youth. He is the only actor in Bollywood who became superstar after the blockbuster success of his first film itself. He took the nation by storm in the new millennium with his acting, great dancing, fighting with chiseled body, sophistication, intelligence, great energy, pure charisma and honesty. The craze for him during this time was unbelievable which got famously termed as Hrithik Mania. I think you have never seen anything like that at least you know in the history of our cinema. I don’t want to compare it but it was absolutely fabulous it does look like a Superhero”. Tiger Shroff spoke of Hrithik Roshan being his idol on number of occasions. Tiger said, An actor can be a good fighter and dancer, except just by knowing these skills you dont become an actor. My favorite is Hrithik Roshan, who is a fabulous dancer and fighter but before all that hes an actor. In Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, if he had merely danced and fought, he wouldnt have been where he is. Nobody wouldve appreciated, if Hrithik sir wasnt a good actor in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and if he were just a brilliant dancer. In fact he was praised because he did this larger-than-life dancing besides acting so well and thats what made him a superstar. I respect Hrithik Roshan a lot. He is not only the greatest dancer around but he is a very good actor too. In fact I think he’s a complete actor, just his presence changes everything on screen. I have always been a huge fan of his. He’s a true superstar and I see no weakness in him. He is an all-rounder and above all being down-to-earth, humble and great human being. I wish I could imbibe all his qualities in my professional life too. Becoming a complete package as an actor always helps in the sense that you get considered for variety of roles and your talent cannot be ignored. Hrithik Roshan, who also has performance-oriented films like ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’, ‘Lakshya,’ ‘Guzaarish’ and ‘Jodha Akbar’ to his credit, has worked genuinely hard on every aspect of film acting.
