At this moment the importance of being present is so clear! I am so grateful for right now! The sound of the water from the fish tank, Fluffy sleeping on his bed next to mine...my daughter sleeping in her room...my other daughter at school and my husband just getting home, all safe...and I am here alive able to experience this moment. There is an opportunity to Love for as long as there is a heart beat and a breath! I choose to accept the Love I have been blessed with at this moment! Grateful for the gift of life and the opportunity to Love and be Loved!!! Sweet dreams
