At times business could be so appealing. Just seen an advert of an imported clean Toyota Vitz floated for Sale in local market at kshs 750k. Believe me or not, I have always imported vehicles for my clients and specifically Toyota vitz new shape at a cost not exceeding kshs 570k. That means for importing one could save/profit with upto kshs 180k if the selling price is indeed kshs 750k Okay, assuming one imports vehicles for selling in local markets working from borrowed capital with each deal closed within two months timeline (which is too long for fast selling vehicles), the total profit less the cost of capital and financing per unit would still be above kshs 150k at the average interest rate. Now assuming you import 3 of such vehicles per month- one would be rich!
