At work today, I went to get the shirts that I needed to print on for my next order and was about to start pulling from our standard stock when I remembered that the design I was printing was on special. That meant the design was supposed to be printed on lightweight shirts (inexpensive) so it would have been rather bad to print the design on our regular shirts. Relieved at catching my mistake, I began to pull the lightweight shirts. As I did, I wondered if there is an alternate universe out there where Alt.Trickey pulled the wrong shirts and printed them and then got in trouble for doing so and how he would have felt really bad and had his day ruined. Sucks to be him, I thought to myself as I finished pulling all the lightweight shirts that I needed. But, as I wheeled my cart full of shirts over to my printing machine, I began to imagine another alternate universe where Alt.Jacob screws up ALL THE TIME and is constantly getting in trouble for it and feels really bad about messing up all the time and doesnt understand why bad things always happen to him. Most people like him but no one respects him because hes such a screw up. I found the scenario so depressing that I had tears rolling down my cheeks by the time I got to my machine because I felt so bad for Alt.Jacob; I just wanted to give him a hug and apologize that he got the short end of the alternate universe stick.
