Athena is a very special girl looking for a very special home; she is 3 year old, 45lbs, and very nervous. Athena needs a calm, loving home where she will be shown patience as well as confidence to help bring her out of her shell. She is very loving with people, especially once she warms up to them, but she needs to be the only dog in the home as she is extremely dog aggressive due to her insecurities. Athena walks well on leash and stays close by if let off-leash. She knows basic commands and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved, and she also loves to swim and retrieve. Athena is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, up to date on flea meds and deworming, and has had her bloodwork come back normal.
