Athens Man Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Trafficking and Other Drug Charges Cory J. Bohache, 21, of Athens, pled guilty today in Athens County Common Pleas Court to one count of F2 Trafficking in Cocaine; one count of F3 Possession of Cocaine; and one Count of F4 Trafficking in Marijuana. Bohache was sentenced to two years mandatory prison time for the Cocaine Trafficking charge to be followed by an additional five years of Community Control for the Cocaine Possession and Marijuana Trafficking charges. If Bohache violates Community Control, he is subject to an additional 4 years and 6 months of prison time. Athens County Prosecutor Blackburn reports that the charges stem from a drug sale made by Cory Bohache on January 18, 2014, within in a school zone on North Congress Street in Athens. Bohache was an Ohio University student at the time of the offense. The case was investigated by the Athens Police Department, the Ohio University Police Department and the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office.
