Athletes, Im super happy to announce that we will hosting a RockTape workshop with a certified RockTape specialist, Jeff Song on October 4th at 12pm! With competition season upon us, it will be in our best interest to learn the application process and techniques. RockTape (kinesiology tape), can help improve form and decrease fatigue through better blood flow, reduce pain and enhance performance. It can help with shin splints, lower back issues, shoulder pain, jumpers knee, tennis elbow etc. Cost: $20, includes your own roll of tape Where: Sol Crossfit Time: 12pm.
