We are open Monday thru Friday 5:30AM til 9PM, Saturday 5:30AM til 6PM and Sunday 5:30AM til 4PM We offer a one day pass for $12, (3) day pass for $27 and a full week for $40. Atilis Gym, Avalon is ALWAYS staffed and offer a expanded Cardio selection, a great variety of weight machines and plenty of Free-weights!
