Attached 1) My response Nov. 6 which included my money order 2) MPD rejecting my money order dated Nov 9 (Sunday) which I have 10 days to respond to or my request will be rejected 3) Post mark of MPD rejection letter dated Nov 11. I did not receive this letter until Sat. Nov.15 which means the soonest I could respond would be today Monday Nov 17. I did not respond today since I was busy consulting an attorney about this. I was asked about the Attorney Generals ruling that I should have received but did not for some strange reason, so we had to search for it and here it is. Page 1 is Midlothian police seeking exemption from discloser claiming this was still an Open Criminal Investigation. At the bottom it states However, the first requestor (thats me) has submitted a copy of correspondence from the Ellis County & District Attorney to the first requestor in which the district attorneys office states the underlying criminal investigation or prosecution is closed. (cont on page 2) Page 6 is the ruling regarding the pictures which MPD didnt bother to even mention in my rejection letter. Also on page 6 addresses personnel files which I requested on Officer Daron Ehly but most importantly on Steven Erick (Chris dad). On this same page, I had also requested all records MPD have in their possession and/ or sought and obtained about me. Apparently MPD did obtain my motor vehicle records which makes absolutely no sense to me except to invade my privacy. Finally on the last page, page 9 has Steven Todd Erick (Chris dad) as the requestor with his address to send this response to. My name is no where mentioned as the person to also copy this Attorney General ruling to. No where in this ruling was the dad ever mentioned as requesting anything so WHERE IN THE HECK DID HE COME FROM??? Crooked B*******!
