Attached (hopefully) is a sound photograph of midnight, New Years Eve, about 10-11 years ago. I was living near 38th Street and Keystone Avenue in Indianapolis. When I moved to Indy and rented the place, I did not know that it was in the highest crime and murder area in the city! I did somewhat guarantee my safety by helping my next door neighbor Michael (a proud gang member) change a tire. I also took a couple of pics for him for his family. Never had any real problems in the hood. A safe New Year was to sleep on the floor in the center of the apartment and away from any windows so as not to be a target. A few minutes before the ball dropped, I put my video camera outside on the hood of my car to record the celebration..... Happy New Year Everyone!!!!
