Attached is a complaint by Team Armoury and a report by the referee of the day pertaining to the match between Team Ox and Team armoury played on 16th March 2014 at Thika. OFFICIAL TEAM ARMOURY COMPLAINT ISSUE. That Team Ox fielded at least two ineligible players during their Match with the Complainant on Sunday March 16. FACTS: Halfway during the second half of the said Match, it came to the knowledge of the complainant that their opponents had fielded ineligible players through their Captain, Malu.During the second half, Malu was called on to be substituted, but refused to leave the field of play for at least two minutes because he has no idea who the person replacing him was. The captain later admitted that even the goalkeeper was playing his first March for the Club despite the transfer window being still closed. Note that this could not have come to our attention without their Captains admission. NOTE: Malu has captained them for at least two years, and being the Captain, he must know all the members of his team. Secondly, I have personally played against Ox on four occasions before this match and never saw the said players. I have also watched their matches this half-season on three occasions; the said keeper has never been in goal. EVIDENCE: After the Match, Malu admitted this fact to both the referee of the day and to the league Committee member present, Mr. Teejay. (If the referee was diligent, this should be on his match report) Under their advice, we were asked to make this complaint. ATTCHED: Attached is an audio recording of the happenings right after Malu finally agreed to leave the field. In this recording, where his voice is distinct, he admits that 1) The keeper was playing his first match 2) That the infield players were brought by the person who organized the field for the day 3)That the said players are not registered nor have they ever played any match for them or for KAFC 4)That the league committee official present, TJ and their team manager, Mshillah, were aware of this fact. DETERMINATION: The Complainant seek the Leagues Governing Body to determine that Team OX flouted the leagues Eligibility Rules and take the appropriate Action and cancel the win. The match was drawn at 2-2 until the introduction of the ineligible players who turned the game on its head. PRECEDENCE: Team Roscisky were fined for fielding an ineligible player early on in the league. In July 2013 during FIFA World Cup qualification, Ethiopia was docked three points for fielding an ineligbile player and the points awarded to Botswana ( foxnews/ sports/2013/07/01/fifa-penalizes- ethiopia-3-points-for-fielding- ineligible-player-against/ ) The complainant also feels that most league decisions have gone in favor of the accused. The complainant expects that the committee will be fair in its ruling and take the necessary action. We also have unsubstantiated reports that an Invisible player Maloba, has already played for them before the window is opened and thus, fielding ineligible players is a habit for them Yours Sincerely, Eng. Jack Armoury League Rep L.C Rep Report On sun. 16th March 2014, in the Ox Vs. Armoury game, held at Thika Technical, before the game i, the match official and the team captains met at the center cicle wea i had asked the official to line up the players and confirm thea names. But the official said that he had done that olredi in agreement of both captains n hence the game kicked off. In the 77th min, one Malu was due for a substitution and relunctantly refused to walk out the field of play. With a yellow card olredi to his name the ref went to produce a 2nd yellow but Ox manager pleaded for the ref to just allow him to come out which then happened with the player walking out using the opposite side of the pitch. After that went to Armoury bench. After a short while Armoury coach stommed the pitch for the game to stop and the referee ordered him out. I walked to the touchline to see on the issue in which the coach said he had been told by Ox capt the player in the field is not Ox player. So i went to the outside official responsible for making subs to verify if he had authorised the substitution of player Munywoki with armoury coach in toe in which he accepted. We then used team Ox teamlist to verify if Munywoki is Team Ox player and it was so. Malu told me in person that what he told them was that the player in which he was subbed came late n from nowhere and therefore was furious but that he never said he was not Team Ox player. He said they misquoted him. After the game i called both Coaches, the referee and Malu to confirm incidence. I requested Armoury to write a formal complaint of fielding Munywoki as inelligible player and be ready to give evidence and also Ox manager to be in defence with evidence after presenting the due complaint to L.C... I talked to the referee then after in which he said he does not have an issue and the scoreline of the game to stand unless L.C decides otherwise for he saw no error or mistake. L.C rep for Ox Vs.
