Through individualized, age-appropriate assessments Easter Seals provides comprehensive and practical analysis of employment/training, independent living, and higher education for IEP and transition planning. Coaching services are community-based, experiential learning opportunities focused on the transition domains for a single student or group of students within a school district. On-site professional development and training workshops are also available on transition assessments, planning and programming for teachers, school staff, and administrators.
