Attachment unavailable info fyi.... When you SHARE the pic post to the group, the original pic privacy settings are in effect - even if you shared a pic from your own photos. For example If your privacy on your photo is set to friends and you SHARE it to a group, then only group members on your friends list can see it. Group members not on your friend list will see attachment unavailable. When you UPLOAD the pic DIRECTLY to the group, it can be seen by all group members. When you upload a pic directly to a group, Facebook controls the privacy settings and limits it to the group members. Members cannot share group pics outside the group. Depending on the group type (open, closed, secret), pics are visible , but NOT shareable, to non-members of the group.
