Attempt at Tsukahara double twist on vault from tonight, thought Id upload because I havent posted much vault work recently! Annoyed that despite quite a lot of work on my Kazamatsu entry and quite a lot of sprint training over the summer Im not really any closer to landing this than I was this time last year when I first started working them...I still dont seem to get any height off the table but not 100% sure why; any advice would be hugely appreciated :)
