Attended a Wealth Management Seminar for High Net Worth Individuals recently. Realized that Private Banks/Bankers DO NOT like Property Investors. They want us to park our money with them so they can make their Commissions and Earn their Bonuses (Risk Free!) by Selling various investment products where their client bears ALL the Risks. 90% of the time, its Win-Win for the Bank and Lose-Lose for the Client. Instead, I prefer to: a) take my own surplus money and park it into my Flexi Loans where I can save 4 to 5% pa while waiting for the right investment opportunities and/or b) take the banks money, happily pay them 4 to 5% pa and invest on my own where I can get much higher returns with minimal risks This way, I get to Win-Win 100% of the time!
