Attended court this morning and as I expected Barb pulled a stall tactic. She informed the court yesterday she was ill and would be unable to make appearance. But she also has apparently fired her attorney on record. He filed a motion this morning to be dismissed from this case and the judge and Asst D.A agreed. They also agreed there was probably no attorney she would get along with . Ya think? They cancelled her jury trial and I will watch the court records for updates when next hearing will be held. It also is of interest the church which gave her a car for a low fee has taken the car back. It appears she still owes money on that car, though I doubt it is worth much after she hauled hay and feed in it....think she is with out transportation so just how is she going to care for any animals? Keep them in her apartment?
