Attended my last spin class on KAF tonight. Tina def killed it! Im really going to miss all these guys - weather it was spin class, full body circuit, personal training advice, a workout partner, an ear to vent to or a shoulder to lean on these guys were always there. As a result my relationship with the gym improved, I met and exceeded many personal goals, and made some amazing friends :) Im going to miss them!! Its not goodbye, its see you later - hopefully not in Afghanistan next time.
