Attention Chief Ministers .... Please put a Tax of Rs 2000/- for Car and Rs 500/- for Bike second hand sales during transfer Registration, more that this amount is Earned by the middle men ! and please remove taxes on Food Items which are commonly used by the common man సెకండ్ హ్యాండ్ కార్లు బైక్ ల మీద ఒక ఫిక్స్డ్ పన్ను వెయ్యాలి ... సామాన్యులు వాడే ఆహార పదార్థాల మీద పన్ను తీసేయ్యాలి ! ఒక్క కారు సెకండ్ హ్యాండ్ అమ్మకం జరిగినప్పుడు దాని కరీదు మీద 1 % కన్నా ఎక్కువ కమిషన్ రూపం లో చేతులు మారుతున్నాయి , కాని ప్రభుత్వానికి దమ్మిడి ఆదాయం లేదు !
