Attention: Cushing and Central Heights Area Fugitives on foot maybe in the area: Around 3:00 am this morning Texas Highway Patrol pursued a vehicle on highway 259 from Rusk County into Nacogdoches County. The vehicle was occupied by 4 black males. Two of the subjects were let out of the vehicle on Highway 259 near Cr. 915 and they fled on foot. The driver then continued on Highway 259 and exited on 204 and let another subject out on highway 204. The driver was later apprehended near Cushing. Three subjects are still at large. One of the subjects was seen in the 6000 block of Highway 204 this morning when he asked a resident to use their phone. The other two subjects may be still be in the area of Cr. 915. All three subjects are black males and are wearing all black clothing. They are wanted in connection with a burglary of a pharmacy store that occurred in Longview, Texas. All subjects are believed to be from the Houston Area and are attempting to get a ride back home. Area residents should make sure that their vehicles are secured. The subjects are not believed to be armed; however they may be very desperate at this point from being out in the cold weather for so long.
