Attention! Every MONEY in NAIRA doled out for Economic Projects in Nigeria is not Incumbent money or P.D.P money or A.P.C money but the Currency-# of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; from a Resourced Plan and any Approved Project is Accountable for in each Fiscal year. Howbeit, i still use same currency from resourced plan (self govt avenue thru private reserve and not national reserve). Ok, what is the DIFFERENCE? The same way The Nigerian President or Governors, do budget money from resource plan to work (wether full or half) is same way Duke Timothy Nsien works here in Nigeria.
