Attention Job Seekrers! Alexandria RENEW Enterprises is seeking to hire a full-time apprentice for a Maintenance Technician position with their company. The Apprentice would participate in a two part training program which consists of classroom related instruction and on-the-job training (OJT). The apprentice program is a two year program which will prepare apprentices to obtain the Certififed Maintenance and Realiability Technician (CMRT) designation. Upon completion of the apprenticeship and certification process technicians will provide mechanical expertise in the design and analysis of advanced wastewater mechanical sytems. Work involves troubleshooting complex problems and performing highly skilled mechanicaltask that must comply with strict regulatory requirements and Standard Operation Procedures. Qualification: Ability to perform and calculate arithmetic and algebra, and apply them to operations, Ability to use computer software programs Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Other Attributes sought in a candidate: Ability and willingness to follow strict guidelines and use Personal Protective Equipment.
