Attention Monumentour Ticket Holders: Due to illness, Paramore was unable to perform their set on Monday. If your tickets were scanned for refund upon exit before Fall Out Boys performance (9:30 PM) you are eligible for a refund. If you purchased your tickets online or by phone, your tickets will be automatically refunded starting next Monday; Aug 11th. If your tickets were purchased at the Concrete Street box office, you may bring your ticket that was exit scanned to the Concrete Street box office for a refund beginning on Monday morning, August 11th at 10 AM. If you purchased your ticket at any other outlet you must go back to the original place of purchase for a refund with your exit scanned ticket starting next Monday, August 11th at 10AM. Tickets must be presented at all outlets to verify they are eligible for refund.
