Attention: Our company has received a few inboxes and emails recently from girls outside of Australia who have ordered Hair Extensions from the Hello Gorgeous website in the UK and have not received their orders. Understandably these emails have not been very nice as the customers are unhappy. I just want to say Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions Australia has absolutely no connection to the company in the UK which is also very well known which is why we put Australia at the end of our Facebook page name. We are a business built off recommendation and word of mouth we do not even have a website at this stage. Hello Gorgeous Australia has a fantastic reputation Australia wide and I can assure you anyone who has ever ordered extensions from our company has received them. We are not sure if Hello Gorgeous in the UK has shut down or what is going on however I know a lot of girls are yet to receive their order. If this problem continues we will look into changing our business name as the reputation of our business means a lot too us and we will do everything we can to ensure we keep our amazing reputation. We have notified all salons who stock our hair and have made them aware of this issue and we hope this doesnt cause any further complications.
