Attention PV Residents: My family lives on the river, on Begonia. we have a fenced area near the street, but the land is un-fenced on the river bank. one of our little dogs was down by the water yesterday late afternoon and was attacked by an unseen larger dog (the vet said based on the bite marks and the evidence of being picked up and shaken that it definitely was a dog that attacked her). My mother wanted me to spread the word in hopes that other families in the area are aware that there is a large, aggressive dog on the loose who just killed our 11lb weenie dog. Pet parents please keep your babies close and safe.
