Attention Season Pass Purchasers! We are experiencing unprecedented demand for Early Bird Season Pass sales and as such our website is experiencing difficulties. If you are one of those that are experiencing difficulties we have 3 options for you to make your purchase: 1) Visit us in-park at our Reception Office OR Gift Shop to make your purchase in person. This is the quickest and easiest way and you will be issued with your cards on the spot. 2) Call 08 9417 9666 to make your Season Pass renewal over the phone. Due to Terms & Conditions requirements we cannot take new memberships over the phone. OR 3) Go to adventureworld.net.au/#/tickets/season-pass-sale/season-pass-assistance/ where you can download a form that can be emailed back to us along with your member photographs. Please read carefully the steps involved in this method to ensure it is done correctly. If you are purchasing this way please expect up to 2 days for your pass to be processed. All emails received before Midnight September 30 will be honoured with the Early Bird price.
