Attention Trinitarians! As we continue to grow we find ourselves in need of training a new apprentice brewer. Candidates must have a love for Beer, have problem solving skills, some mechanical knowledge, be a team player, be energetic, eager to learn, and have a willingness to work flexible hours (did we mention a love for beer?). Brewing experience is not a must but will help a lot.( Home brewing can count as experience) Responsibilities will include but not limited to; sterile set up and tear down of bottle equipment, cleaning kegs, filling kegs, lifting full kegs repeatedly, loading and unloading of freight, using pallet jack and forklift, and transferring of final product. With advance training responsibilities will include brewing and transferring in and out of barrels.
