Attention WWW Agents and Customers, We have a few new policies that will go into effect in July 1st. As you know, WWW provides many complimentary services to our Customers, which have included free plan activations and ESN changes. Unfortunately there are those who have repeatedly taken advantage of these services being free, so we have no choice but to establish some guidelines. The new fees will not affect everyone, and are still very reasonable in comparison to other businesses! New Activations and Port-Ins Effective July 1, 2013 WWW will charge a non-refundable $9.99 activation fee for all new activations and port-ins. Customers who port over their number through WWW and purchase a $10 or $12 plan WILL be charged the $9.99 Activation Fee. Customers who cancel during the porting process or within the first 60 days, regardless of the plan chosen, WILL be charged the $9.99 Activation Fee. This fee will be waived for Customers if they: 1. Purchase a plan of $25.00 or more AND 2. Remain active for at least 60 days ESN Changes Effective July 1, 2013 WWW will allow each Customer 1 complimentary ESN change within a 6 month period. A $4.99 fee will be charged for each additional ESN change within that same 6 month period. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the ESN change is successful or not.
