Attention Walker County Citizens: Please be aware that if you are Facebook friends with Commissioner Bebe Heiskell, you are not allowed to comment on her posts if your comments do not comply to her narrative. Since Bebe has the word Commissioner on this Facebook profile, I assume that this is her public site. Yesterday, Bebe posted an article about the follies of the 5 Member County Commissioner Board. I respectfully responded that in my opinion, the problem that we have in our county is less about the type of government we have and more about leadership that lacks priorities and planning. I was not rude nor did I attack the commissioner. Today, I cannot find a profile page for Commissioner Bebe Heiskell. For having an opinion contrary to hers, the commissioner has blocked one of her constituents, much like the way she cut off constituents in the local tax increase meetings. I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt. Commissioner Bebe Heiskell has failed in her duties as a public servant. Her arrogance is apparent at every turn. She does not seek to serve the citizens of Walker County, instead choosing to serve her personal interests. It is time for a change in our county!
