Attention Washington Friends! Hi, I had a phone conversation of Senator Randi Beckers office this morning regarding the upcoming changes to medical marijuana. She will be meeting with LCQ tomorrow, and is attempting I really believed to address the unfairness and unworkability of the proposed new system. What she asked me to do, is get as many people as I can, to send emails to [email protected] , She says whoever the guy is that is making alot of the decision, and really knows nothing about medical marijuana. She asks if we can have as many patients as possible email them before tomorrow afternoon, and she will address that also in the meeting. I also brought up many times, that people will just grow anyways, they will not stop, a lot of them, so now what have we acheived? How does the state look when all this sick and poor patients once again,now can not afford the medicine they were getting because it was a plant? The people that nothing else works for, and their insurance will not cover it, so how do they deal with the rise in cost? If you can ask anyone you know or post on pages on favebook that would reach people would be wonderful. I am really sick today so not explaining this perfectly Im sure. If Senator Becker is willing to go to bat for us on this, i figured we can get the emails sent for her to ask him to look at, when shes there... I believe she is going to actually really try to address it, as her office called me and honestly spent an hour talking, about what are the real issues to bring up tomorrow..
