In addition to the Executive Board and Auxiliary Presidents, the list of people considered Party Officers includes Precinct Chairs, Precinct Vice Chairs and Precinct Secretary/Treasurers. NONE of these people can witness an absentee ballot (unless the person voting is a near relative). This prohibition includes candidates and their managers and Treasurers and ALL elected officials.
