Attention all Pool Owners. Chemistry lesson for us all.. Our pool water needs 4kg of alkalinity increaser. I go to the pool shop and see a 2 Kg bag for $18.50, thats $37 for my 4Kg. Then I notice that its 100% Bicarbonate Soda which you get from Woolies for $1-50 per 500g. ($12 for my 4Kg) So, by changing bicarbonate name to Alkalinity Increaser allows them to triple the price? Pffft . ACCC, might be time to step up and stop this ripoff! .💰💲🏊💰💲💰💲🏊💰💲🏊
