Attention all Reachers. Fantastic running tonight Reachers, Groups 1 and 2 , 4.9 miles with quite a few from our couch to 5k continuing to impress with their work rate. Group 3 ,7.2 miles and again people moving up a group and didnt look out of place, so well done everyone of you. Waterside Half Marathon. To all the Reachers doing the full 13. I miles, Firstly let me reassure you all that we are 2 weeks ahead of schedule , we still have plenty of miles to put into our legs but were well on course and each one of you will have a great run on the day. To all the Reachers doing the relay; again you are all easily up to speed and could complete this run if it was this Sunday , so get yourselves into teams of 3 and get involved in the event, we hope to have over 120 runners competing so please get registered .
